Racquel Chung-Toyozaki received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Hawaii in 1991. She studied abroad in Singapore at Santa Clara University School of Law in 1992. She received her Juris Doctor at the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law in 1994 and her Masters of Business Administration at the University of Hawaii in 1997.
She has worked as a Realtor since 2000 handling the sale and purchase of real property in the State of Nevada. She is also a licensed Broker and owner of Advanced Pro Realty.
